Create Pages without Post meta

I’d like the ability to create pages on my site that are not shown in the Post list/archive, and must be manually linked to with a menu Item. The page should show the note title and content only, not the post meta that is currently included in posts such as hero image, author, published date, etc.

it could work something like this:

Tag a note/post as a #Page, what should then happen is:

• The Page does not appear in the post list/archive alongside other posts

• The page does not include post meta (hero,author,date) design at the top, only the title and contents of the note.

• The page should only appear in search or when manually linked to using a menu Item, it should not show in the home page or archive alongside blog posts.

if you view my website currently, you will see that i have various posts like About, Contact, Sponsor, etc set up in the menu. These currently appear as blog posts alongside my other posts. It would be nice if these could appear as pages without the post meta at the top and hidden from the list of posts.
